Complete overhaul of a road-mobile mechanical ship unloader

Task

A road-mobile mechanical ship unloader for cement and cementitious materials was to be completely overhauled and made functional again.

02.

Challenge

Partial spare parts were no longer available and the steel construction system had to be examined in detail as the unloader was more than 20 years old.

03.

Solution

Old systems that were no longer available were replaced with new systems (including Siemens controls). Due to the low mileage, the steel construction was not affected. The unloader was brought back into a fully functional condition including filter system, hydraulics and control system according to the latest state of the art.
